Past & Present is a NAPA AutoCare Center that adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. It’s important for customers to know up front what they should expect and that they can trust the shop working on their vehicle.

• To recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to the customer which of these are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventative maintenance.

• To notify the customer if any appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.
