My brand new hybrid honda crv broke down on my way to nh from Rockland Maine. After a quick Google search that told me I should call past and present auto I did. Without hesitation I was told they would fit me in. Thru the whole experience I was completely confident that I went to right place. Every person I talked to was helpful, pleasant and made me feel like my car was a priority. I was updated on the status of my car-I had a blown electric water pump- and parts- they would have to be shipped from California-and that my car would be taken care of asap. Todd the owner then came in on his day off to make sure I had my car back instead of it having to sit AND THEN went out his way to fix my tire that had a staple in it without charging me for it! I can not say enough positive things about past and present auto, other than I wish they were closer so I could use them as my mechanic 😂 thank u Todd, Laura and Lou (sorry if i spelled names wrong) you ALL were so kind!
